dried plants
Pressed botanical specimens
Dried plants are vegetation preserved by removing moisture—flowers, herbs, grasses, or foliage that have been dehydrated naturally or through deliberate processing.
They serve decorative purposes in arrangements and wreaths, or practical ones as culinary herbs and medicinal preparations: a bouquet of dried plants on the mantle, dried plants for tea.
The term sometimes appears as a euphemism for marijuana.
