double-standard
Rules for thee
A double-standard is a rule or principle applied unequally—one set of expectations for some people, another for others.
The term usually carries accusation: It's a double-standard that men who sleep around are studs while women are sluts.
Someone who holds others to standards they don't meet themselves is applying a double-standard.
