Dogmeat is meat from dogs, consumed as food in some cultures.
More commonly, dogmeat describes something worthless, ruined, or doomed: If the boss finds out, you're dogmeat.
In this figurative sense, it suggests being so thoroughly defeated or destroyed that you're fit only to be fed to dogs.
