display font
Eye-catching lettering style
A display font is a typeface designed for use at large sizes—headlines, titles, signs, and logos rather than body text.
Display fonts often feature decorative or distinctive letterforms that would be hard to read in small paragraphs but catch the eye when set big: The poster used a bold display font for the band's name.
