delivery window
Expected arrival range
A delivery window is the range of time during which a package, service, or person is expected to arrive.
Retailers and shipping companies give customers delivery windows rather than exact times: Your delivery window is between 2 and 6 PM.
The window may be narrow or frustratingly broad depending on the service.
