decrypters
Those cracking codes
Decrypters are people or tools that decode encrypted information, converting scrambled data back into readable form.
The term applies equally to cryptographers breaking codes and to software that reverses encryption: The decrypters worked through the night to crack the intercepted message.
Also spelled decryptors.
