decorative glass
Pretty transparent adornment
Decorative glass is glass made or treated for visual appeal rather than purely functional purposes.
The term covers stained glass windows, etched glassware, art glass sculptures, and ornamental panels.
The Victorian home featured decorative glass in every doorway.
Techniques include cutting, coloring, sandblasting, and fusing to create patterns, textures, or images.
