dealings
Conducted business affairs
Dealings are interactions or transactions between parties, especially in business or official contexts: I've had dealings with that company before, Their financial dealings came under scrutiny.
The word often carries a slight whiff of suspicion—shady dealings, secret dealings, backroom dealings.
To have dealings with someone is to conduct business or maintain a relationship with them.
