Cold store aisle
A dairy case is the refrigerated section of a grocery store where milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, and eggs are displayed.
Despite eggs not being dairy products, they're traditionally stocked here: I grabbed some orange juice from the dairy case.
The term can refer to the physical refrigeration unit itself or the department it represents.
