convector
Circulating air heater
A convector is a heating device that warms air through convection—drawing cool air in, passing it over a heated element, and releasing warm air into the room.
Unlike radiators, which emit heat in all directions, convectors rely primarily on air circulation: The convector under the window keeps the draft at bay.
