community builder
Social fabric weaver
A community builder is someone who creates or strengthens social connections within a group—organizing events, facilitating introductions, fostering belonging.
The term appears in neighborhood activism, online platforms, and professional contexts: She's the community builder for our coworking space.
Unlike organizer, which emphasizes logistics, community builder emphasizes relationships and shared identity.
