clubfooted

Born with talipes

Having a clubfoot—a congenital deformity in which the foot is twisted out of shape or position.

The term describes both the physical condition and, by extension, anything awkward or clumsy in movement: The clubfooted verse stumbled along.

As a descriptor for people, the word is now considered insensitive; medical contexts prefer "with clubfoot."
