candy tax
Trick-or-treat tithe
Candy tax is the portion of a child's candy that a parent claims as their due, typically from Halloween hauls.
The "tax" is levied with mock seriousness, as if parental authority naturally entitles one to a cut of the goods: Dad already took his candy tax—all the Reese's are gone.
Sometimes extended to any situation where someone in a position of authority or seniority takes a share of someone else's treats.
