cabin tent

A cabin tent is a large camping tent with nearly vertical walls and a high ceiling, allowing occupants to stand upright inside.

The boxy shape resembles a small cabin rather than the sloped profile of traditional tents.

Cabin tents typically accommodate families or groups and feature multiple rooms or dividers: We set up the cabin tent at the campsite and had room for six sleeping bags.
