A blocked number is a phone number that has been prevented from reaching the recipient, either by the caller hiding their identity or by the recipient refusing calls from that number.
When someone calls from a blocked number, the recipient's phone typically displays "Blocked" or "No Caller ID" instead of the actual number.
I don't answer blocked numbers.
The term also refers to numbers a person has added to their phone's block list: His ex is now a blocked number.
