bellboys
Hotel bag handlers
Bellboys is the plural of bellboy, a hotel employee who carries luggage, escorts guests to rooms, and runs errands.
The term comes from the bell used to summon them.
Though the job still exists, the word sounds dated; bellhop is more common in American English, and porter or concierge may cover similar duties elsewhere.
