appendant
Joined as supplement
Appendant means attached or belonging to something else as a subordinate part.
In legal contexts, an appendant right is one that passes automatically with the property it's connected to: fishing rights appendant to the estate.
More generally, anything appendant hangs from or accompanies a larger thing: duties appendant to the office.
