An ankle cuff is a restraint worn around the ankle.
In fashion, it's a strap or band worn as jewelry or as part of a shoe design.
In fitness, ankle cuffs attach to cable machines for leg exercises.
In BDSM, padded cuffs restrain the ankles during bondage play.
Law enforcement uses electronic ankle cuffs to monitor offenders on house arrest.
