Airconditioned describes a space cooled and dehumidified by mechanical climate control: an airconditioned office, an airconditioned car.
The hyphenated form air-conditioned is more standard, but the solid spelling appears frequently.
Before air conditioning became widespread, the term carried connotations of luxury or modernity.
