XXX
Rating beyond R
XXX is the conventional label for hardcore pornographic content, originating from the film rating system where X meant restricted and XXX implied maximum explicitness.
The designation appears on websites, videos, and advertisements: XXX videos, XXX-rated.
It also functions as a placeholder like lowercase xxx, and appears as the title of the Vin Diesel action film franchise. (Lowercase xxx is a general placeholder or represents kisses.)
