Snipping Tool is a screenshot utility built into Windows that lets users capture portions of their screen.
Unlike a full screenshot, the Snipping Tool allows selecting just a rectangular area, a freeform shape, a window, or the entire screen: Use the Snipping Tool to grab just the error message.
The captured image can then be annotated, saved, or shared.
