OCPD
Rigid perfectionism disorder
OCPD is obsessive-compulsive personality disorder, a condition marked by rigid perfectionism, excessive orderliness, and preoccupation with control.
Unlike OCD, which involves intrusive thoughts and compulsive rituals experienced as unwanted, OCPD manifests as ingrained personality traits the person often sees as virtues: His OCPD makes him impossible to work with—everything has to be done exactly his way.
