Microsoft Edge

Chromium-based Windows browser

Microsoft Edge is a web browser developed by Microsoft, first released in 2015 as the successor to Internet Explorer.

Originally built on Microsoft's own rendering engine, it was rebuilt in 2020 using Chromium, the same open-source foundation as Google Chrome.

Edge comes pre-installed on Windows devices and is available for other platforms.

I switched to Edge because it uses less memory than Chrome.
