Lothario
Unscrupulous ladies' man
A Lothario is a man who seduces women, especially one who does so habitually and without emotional attachment.
The term comes from a character in an early 18th-century play, a charming rake who ruins a virtuous woman.
It carries connotations of manipulation and callousness: He fancied himself a Lothario, but women saw through him quickly.
