Lonsdale

British boxing trophy

Lonsdale is a brand of British boxing and sportswear equipment, named after Hugh Lowther, the 5th Earl of Lonsdale, a prominent boxing patron in the early twentieth century.

The Lonsdale Belt is awarded to British boxing champions.

The clothing became associated with skinhead subculture in Britain, though the brand has worked to distance itself from far-right associations.
