Latin Kings

Street crew, crowned

Latin Kings is a Chicago-founded street gang, one of the largest and most organized Hispanic gangs in the United States.

Originally formed in the 1940s among Puerto Rican immigrants, it later expanded to include Mexican-Americans and spread to other cities and prisons.

Members identify with the colors black and gold and use a five-pointed crown as their symbol: He was jumped into the Latin Kings at fifteen.
