Golf Channel
Fairway television station
Golf Channel is an American cable television network devoted to golf programming, including tournament coverage, instruction shows, news, and documentaries about the sport.
Launched in 1995, it broadcasts professional tours, amateur events, and original content for golf enthusiasts.
The network serves as a companion to NBC's golf coverage and is often where early rounds of major tournaments air before moving to broadcast television.
I watched the first two rounds on Golf Channel before NBC picked up weekend coverage.
