GMCs is the plural of GMC, General Motors Company's truck and SUV brand.
The vehicles are often nearly identical to their Chevrolet counterparts but marketed as slightly more premium: The parking lot was full of GMCs and Ford F-150s.
GMC can also abbreviate other phrases in context, such as general medical council or giant molecular cloud.
