Fyodor Dostoyevsky
Fyodor Dostoyevsky was a nineteenth-century Russian novelist whose works explore psychology, morality, and human suffering with unusual intensity. *Crime and Punishment*, *The Brothers Karamazov*, and *The Idiot* established him among the most influential novelists in any language.
