Fosbury
Backwards over bar
Fosbury refers to the Fosbury Flop, a high jump technique in which the athlete clears the bar headfirst and backward.
Named after American athlete Dick Fosbury, who popularized it at the 1968 Olympics, the technique revolutionized the event and is now standard: Every high jumper uses the Fosbury now.
