ELT
Teaching foreigners English
ELT is an acronym with two main meanings.
In education, it stands for English Language Teaching—the field concerned with teaching English to non-native speakers: She has a master's in ELT.
In data engineering, ELT means Extract, Load, Transform—a process where raw data is loaded into a system before being transformed, contrasting with the older ETL approach.
