E-ZPass
Electronic toll collector
E-ZPass is an electronic toll collection system used on highways and bridges in the eastern United States.
A small transponder mounted on the windshield communicates with sensors at toll plazas, allowing drivers to pass through without stopping to pay cash: I forgot my E-ZPass and had to wait in the cash lane.
The name suggests easy passage.
