E-Verify
Work authorization check
E-Verify is an online system that allows U.S. employers to confirm whether employees are legally authorized to work in the country.
The system checks information from Form I-9 against government databases.
Some states require E-Verify for certain employers; others make it voluntary.
The company uses E-Verify for all new hires.
