Colorforms is a brand of vinyl shapes that cling to smooth surfaces without adhesive.

Children arrange and rearrange the thin, flexible pieces on glossy illustrated backboards to create scenes—often featuring licensed characters from cartoons or movies.

The toy debuted in the 1950s and became a staple of American childhoods: I spent hours playing with my Snoopy Colorforms set.
