Cocoa Krispies is a breakfast cereal made from chocolate-flavored puffed rice, produced by Kellogg's.
Like its plain counterpart Rice Krispies, the cereal makes a crackling sound when milk is added.
The cereal turns the remaining milk chocolatey, which children often drink: I always finish the chocolate milk at the bottom of my Cocoa Krispies.
