Chinese chives
Flat Asian allium
Chinese chives are a variety of chive with flat, broad leaves and a more pronounced garlic flavor than common chives.
A staple in East Asian cooking, they appear in dumplings, stir-fries, and pancakes: Chinese chive dumplings are my favorite dim sum.
Also called garlic chives.
