Captain Crunch

Captain Crunch is a sweetened breakfast cereal with crunchy corn and oat pieces, marketed since the 1960s with a cartoon naval captain mascot.

The name doubles as a hacker alias—John Draper earned the nickname after discovering a toy whistle from the cereal produced the exact tone needed to manipulate phone systems.

I ate Captain Crunch for breakfast every day as a kid.
