Arkham Asylum
Arkham Asylum is a fictional psychiatric hospital in the DC Comics universe, located in Gotham City and housing Batman's most dangerous villains—the Joker, Harley Quinn, the Riddler, and others.
Its Gothic architecture and perpetually failing security have made it shorthand for any institution that seems unable to contain what it's meant to hold: That prison is basically Arkham Asylum at this point.
