Ancient Aliens
Prehistoric visitor theory
Ancient Aliens is a television series presenting the theory that extraterrestrials visited Earth in prehistoric times and influenced human civilization.
The phrase now refers more broadly to this pseudoscientific hypothesis—that alien contact explains ancient monuments, myths, and technological achievements: He thinks the pyramids are ancient aliens stuff.
