yuans
Beijing's monetary units
Yuans is the plural of yuan, the basic unit of Chinese currency.
Though yuan doesn't technically require an English plural—you'd say five yuan as readily as five dollars—yuans appears when emphasizing multiple currency units or in informal contexts: She exchanged her dollars for yuans.
