walking taco
Bag-served taco filling
A walking taco is a single-serving dish where taco fillings—seasoned meat, cheese, lettuce, salsa—are added directly into an opened bag of corn chips, typically Fritos or Doritos.
The bag becomes both container and utensil, eaten with a fork while walking.
Popular at fairs, school events, and concession stands: The football boosters sold walking tacos at the game.
