unpolarised
Waves vibrating everywhere
Unpolarised describes light or other electromagnetic radiation whose waves vibrate in multiple random directions rather than a single plane.
Natural sunlight is unpolarised until it passes through a filter or reflects off a surface.
The term also applies figuratively to opinions or groups that haven't separated into opposing camps.
