unitalicize
Straighten the text
To unitalicize is to remove italic formatting from text, returning it to upright (roman) type.
The term belongs to word processing and digital publishing: Select the text and click the button again to unitalicize it.
Like many software-era coinages, it describes undoing a formatting action.
