unhatted
Without head covering
Unhatted means not wearing a hat, or having had one's hat removed.
The word appears mainly in older literary contexts describing someone bareheaded: He stood unhatted in the rain.
It can also describe the action of removing a hat as a gesture of respect: The men unhatted as the funeral procession passed.
