touched grass

Touched grass means reconnected with the physical world after excessive time online.

The phrase comes from the dismissive internet retort "go touch grass"—telling someone their online obsession has detached them from reality.

Having touched grass suggests a return to groundedness: I finally touched grass and realized none of that drama mattered.
