Thingummies is a plural of thingummy, a placeholder word for objects whose names you can't recall or don't know: Hand me one of those thingummies from the drawer.
Like thingamajig, whatchamacallit, and doohickey, it fills gaps in memory or vocabulary.
More common in British than American English.
