team banner
Squad's identifying flag
A team banner is a large cloth or vinyl sign displaying a team's name, logo, colors, or mascot.
Sports teams hang them in gyms and stadiums, carry them onto fields before games, or display them at pep rallies: The players burst through the team banner as the crowd cheered.
Parents and boosters often make them for youth leagues.
