tag rugby
Belt-pull contact sport
Tag rugby is a non-contact version of rugby where instead of tackling, defenders pull a velcro tag or ribbon from a ball carrier's belt to stop play.
The format makes rugby accessible to beginners, children, and mixed-ability groups while teaching core skills like passing and spatial awareness.
We play tag rugby in PE class.
