street performers
Public space artists
Street performers are entertainers who perform in public spaces for tips from passersby.
The category includes musicians, magicians, jugglers, mimes, living statues, and acrobats.
Also called buskers.
We stopped to watch the street performers in the subway station.
Most cities regulate where and when street performers can work.
