standard issue
Given to everyone
Standard issue describes items routinely distributed to members of an organization, especially military equipment given to all soldiers: standard-issue boots, standard-issue rifle.
The term extends to anything generic, unremarkable, or lacking distinction: The apartment had standard-issue white walls and beige carpet.
Often hyphenated when used as an adjective before a noun.
